Who We Are

Welcome to the internet home of the St. Louis & Carlton County, Minnesota Chapter of Pheasants Forever.  Established July 18th, 1999, and located in pristine Northeastern MN, the St. Louis & Carlton County Chapter of Pheasants Forever is home to some of the most scenic habitat in Minnesota.

You can easily navigate through our site to learn more about the St. Louis & Carlton County, Minnesota Chapter of Pheasants Forever, Pheasants Forever National, and many ongoing habitat and conservation issues. You will find information and maps on the various habitat programs we are involved with, conservation issues, CRP information, Pheasants Forever news releases, and more. What We Do

Pheasants Forever is committed to the preservation of wildlife habitats; including wetland, forest, and prairie. Whether you are into hunting, training dogs for bird hunting, just enjoy being outdoors or if you are a person who is concerned with outdoor habitat and recreational land preservation, Pheasants Forever is the outdoor habitat organization for you!

In 2021, we invite you to celebrate (share photos with us!!) - and protect - the monarch butterfly migration by participating in Miles for Monarchs. A partnership between the Monarch Joint Venture, Pheasants Forever, and Quail Forever, Miles for Monarchs encourages you to run, walk, hike, bike, swim, or paddle to increase support for monarchs and their migration. 

We encourage you to participate throughout the entire year, but in February, June, and September we will have special events. In each of these months we will attempt, as a community throughout the United States and Canada, to walk, run, hike, bike, and move at least 3,000 miles - the length of a single migration.
